Subject: draft legislative decree implementing Directive 2009/28/EC
of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 April 2009
on the promotion of energy from renewable sources, and amending
subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC, and more precisely in order to

the undersigned in connection with the provision in question stated
shows that there's no obvious unconstitutionality of the same with

1) In respect of Articles. 3 and 41 of the Constitution in terms of
reasonable discrimination between
