How can you determine whether an advertisement is misleading or not? Where is the line between legitimate marketing activities and unfair practices? What damage could result from the receipt of wrong messages, intentionally or not, may be ambiguous and equivocal? is very difficult, and many hidden dangers behind the enthusiastic proclamations that accompanied the emergence and spread in several countries, including Italy. Simply dial the name of the drink magic on Facebook, YouTube and other search engines to discover something very interesting: although the site Rebootizer is clear that the consumption of this drink does not allow driving under the influence of alcohol, there are videos about it to the contrary. And then, even if it passed over the etymology of the product itself misleading (in English means reset to reboot, bring to their original state), analyzing the FAQ site Rebootizer appears ominous statement: "It prevents the hangover. Udicon has already addressed the issue by submitting their concerns to the Authority Supervisor Communication and asked it to verify the existence of the investigation to begin in order to verify the existence of unfair trade practices and to order, if appropriate, the suspension of advertising by an alert. Given that the advertising is always to blame, because the result of widespread malpractice intended to defraud the public-consumatrori, we think it particularly serious cases where it can cause damage far more serious: in this regard we recall that Saturday night , caused by people who get to driving while intoxicated, are the major cause of juvenile mortality. We urgently need a serious reflection on the subject.
