The Antitrust Authority fined for RTI 130 000 €, as a result of changes in curricula, masked a subsequent variation of tariffs.
This variation rates, and hence the price increase took place with the tacit consent of the proceedings, after sending a letter in which was not explicitly explained in the tariff increase, and the possibility to cancel the contract. For this reason, the Antitrust calls to block the new rates due reimbursing subscribers. We invite all who wish to obtain reimbursement from the RTI to contact us via the "www.udicon.org. It is time that consumers are reimbursed.
